The paper mold is in cherry wood made by Timothy Moore of Concord, Michigan in 1998. It is a traditional European paper mold in form and has areas of single-faced laid, double-faced laid and wove. The watermark is a Bodoni SC. It has brass brackets and phosphor-bronze wire for the laid facings. The mold is marked on stamped mounted brass: 8-98 Moore.
